Aaron Jimenez is an expert in building analytics strategies for digital businesses.

He worked at a marketing and technology agency within the data and analytics team before putting up Cloudmattr and was consulting Fortune 500 companies on marketing and analytics strategy and implementation. He also runs a small analytics consulting agency working with SMB's on marketing technology and analytics.

Aaron had found out that the marketing solutions business usually have are too expensive, lacking important features, and are really not enough to support and boost the growth of the business.

That’s the time he came up with an idea that he needed to create something that will make digital marketing and product development easier.

Cloudmattr is a customer engagement and marketing automation platform to help companies work with their customers to easily get feedback, provide documentation, and activate users based on user interactions.

Q: Why did you create this SaaS?

A: Working with multiple eCommerce and SaaS companies I have had multiple times to look into MarTech solutions to support their teams and have found either the choices were too expensive, missing something, or took a lot of gluing together to make something work in the scale and automated style I wanted.

Q: What is your software's USP?

A: Easy to use and setup. Flexible in that it was built to support anything from a lead gen company to an eCommerce shop, to a SaaS. Full control over deliverability via your own SMTP for email campaigns (none support this that I’ve seen). Automation in mind with new ways to personalize and customize using templates, such as pulling in events and user properties to engage with users.

Q: What are the long-term goals for your SaaS?

A: To have a mature and powerful platform for companies to use to fully manage their customer engagement and activation requirements. Grow out the features as well and compete with larger players in the market.
